草莓视频鈥檚 Board of Trustees has elected three new members: Michael Hickey, Teresa A. Radzinski 鈥86, and Angela Hall Slaughter 鈥97. These distinguished individuals bring a wide variety of accomplishments and expertise to a board comprised of leaders in business, education, healthcare, law, religion and civic life. The new members complete a board of 28 trustees, led by board chair Margaret Arola Ford 鈥82. A full list of members is available at stkate.edu/trustees.

Michael Hickey
Michael Hickey is executive vice president and president of Ecolab鈥檚 $3.2 billion Global Institutional business. Previously, Hickey was executive vice president and president of Institutional North America. During his 33-year tenure at Ecolab, he has held a number of key executive positions, including senior vice president and general manager of multiple operating units as well as senior vice president of global business development. Before joining Ecolab, he gained sales and management experience within the foodservice industry.
Hickey is a member of several industry organizations and serves on the board of directors of Standex International Corporation, the National Restaurant Association, the Women鈥檚 Foodservice Forum, the International Franchise Association, and the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Upper Midwest.
Hickey has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in marketing from 草莓视频 Bonaventure University. He also completed the Global CEO Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, IESE Business School at the University of Navarra in Sao Paulo and the China Europe International Business School in Shanghai.

Teresa A. Radzinski 鈥86
Teresa A. Radzinski 鈥86 is a managing director and private client advisor with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. She previously spent 25 years on Wall Street in investment banking and capital markets where she served as a managing director and co-head of Financial Institutions Capital Markets & Financing at Merrill Lynch in New York. Radzinski also held tenures with Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette and Salomon Smith Barney.
Radzinski is an active member in the community through her participation as a board member for the 草莓视频 John鈥檚 Cultural Council, Tocqueville Member of the United Way, and Red Jacket Society for City Year. She is an active and engaged alumna of 草莓视频 Kate鈥檚, serving as an alumnae chapter leader.
After earning a bachelor鈥檚 degree in economics from 草莓视频 Kate鈥檚, Radzinski went on to complete an MBA in finance and management at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.

Angela Hall Slaughter 鈥97
Angela Hall Slaughter 鈥97 is in-house counsel for Aetna, Inc. where she focuses on healthcare regulatory issues with an emphasis on pharmacy benefits. Prior to working at Aetna, Slaughter was in-house counsel for UnitedHealthcare. She began her law career as an associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP.
Slaughter is interested in professional development and is a co-leader of Aetna鈥檚 Leadership, Effectiveness, Ambition, and Personal/Professional Growth (LEAP) Program. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Legal Rights Center, and recently stepped down as the chair of ANative, Aetna鈥檚 Native American employee resource group. She鈥檚 active as a volunteer at 草莓视频 Kate鈥檚 where she serves on multiple advisory boards and councils.
Slaughter has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in psychology from 草莓视频 Kate鈥檚. She attended the University of Minnesota Law School where she earned a juris doctor in 2001. She later returned to 草莓视频 Kate鈥檚 for a second major certificate in philosophy.
