We offer a variety of dining options to students living on campus that will keep you full and focused. Meal plans are dependent on your current residence hall, but all ensure that as a student, you’ll always have access to healthy meals.

Meal plans

The Dining Room

Located on the first floor of Coeur de Catherine, the main Dining Room is the hub of the campus community. Here you will find a wide variety of food options from freshly made meats with house made macaroni and cheese to allergen free meals prepared in a designated kitchen. Our custom, to-order pasta station features sauces and add-ins that are sure to satisfy. The Dining Room also features house-made soups, an extensive salad, fruit and yogurt bar and a build your own deli station, daily. Sushi is made fresh in house daily. Choose from an extensive array of beverages, from sodas to juices to smoothies and more! Don’t forget to satisfy your sweet tooth with our soft-serve ice cream, Botrista boba machine, or fresh bakery selection.

The Pulse

The Pulse Cafe is your evening hub. Located on the first floor of the Coeur de Catherine, this is the place of student leisure and connection. The Pulse offers an extensive menu of popular items, such as stone oven fired pizzas and custom built mac and cheese offerings. Here you will also find spinach and artichoke dip, select sushi items, other ready to eat items and shareable snacks, as well as a plethora of bottled beverage options. Grab a specialty cheesecake or tiramisu while you’re there as these are only featured in the Pulse.

Dew Drop Lounge

On the second floor of the Coeur de Catherine, overlooking Dew Drop Pond, is where you will find the coffee shop. The coffee shop serves We Proudly Serve Starbucks beverages, from espressos to refreshers and even including seasonal options. The coffee shop also features a variety of baked goods and ready to eat items. 

Market Place Convenience Store

Located on the second floor of the Coeur de Catherine, the Market Place is your on-campus grocery and personal needs destination. Here you will find a wide variety of groceries, allergen friendly and halal items, fresh fruits and vegetables, grab and go selections along with health and beauty and household cleaning products. The Market Place is your one stop shop for a giant array of items.

The Highland neighborhood offers many great places to have a bite, catch up with friends, or grab a coffee and study.
