Kelsey Baumann is an adjunct faculty member in the Master of Business Administration program. With a background in Human Resources Management, Kelsey has spent over a decade working across all areas of Human Resources, focusing on strategy, staffing, and DEI. A two-time graduate of the Carlson School of Management, Kelsey enjoys bringing her professional HR experience into the classroom, enriching her courses and providing real-world insight for students.
